Cancellation Policy

At The TT Hair Studio by Tracy Tran, we deeply value your time and ask for the same consideration in return.

• Appointment Booking: A credit card is required to hold any appointment.
• Cancellation Notice: Kindly provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. This allows me to offer the time slot to clients on our waitlist.
• Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Clients who cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of their appointment, or fail to show up without notice, will be charged 100% of the appointment fee as listed on our service menu. This fee is non-refundable.
• Reminders: As a courtesy, we send text and email reminders prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Late Arrivals: Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late. We allow a 10-minute grace period before considering the appointment a no-show and subject to the fee.

Punctuality Policy

Stylists retain the right to reschedule any client arriving 15 minutes or later after their scheduled appointment time. This policy ensures that subsequent appointments start on time and run smoothly.

Pricing

• All prices listed are starting prices and may be subject to change.
• Final service costs are determined by the stylist based on hair type, length, thickness, service time, and any additional add-ons such as treatments or styling.

Payments

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and Cash.
• Gratuity cannot be charged to credit cards.

Keratin Services

• A deposit of 50% of the service price is required to hold appointments for Keratin Treatment and Keratin Express Blow-Out.
• If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the appointment to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
