Cancellation Policy
At The Silk Salon & Nails, we value your time; please have the same consideration with us.
A credit card is required to hold any appointment.
We ask that you give us the courtesy of cancelling 48 hours prior to your appointment to allow us to fill that time slot and offer to clients on the waitlist.
All clients MUST cancel and/or reschedule 48 hours prior to their appointment to avoid a fee.
If you no-notice/no-show or same day cancel and/or reschedule, you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee that is listed under our service menu. This charge is non-refundable.
As a courtesy, we send text and email reminders prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We allow a 10 minutes grace period before the appointment is considered a no show and subject to the fee.
Punctuality Policy
Stylists/Nails technicians retain their right to reschedule any client that arrives 10 minutes or later after their scheduled appointment. Please understand that this policy is in place so that the stylist does not run late for other scheduled and on time appointments.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Although we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we will do everything in our power to correct any issue that may arise within 7 days of the original service.
We do not offer refunds on hair products after open.
You may exchange a product w/o open with a receipt for a different product of your choosing.

Appointments
- Silk Salon & Nails is no longer accepting children under 13 years old for hair services. Thank you for your continued patronage.
Please understand this policy is in place to prevent last minute vacancies in a stylist’s schedule.

Pricing
- All prices listed are starting prices and can be subject to change.
- Each stylist determines the final cost of services based on the client’s hair type, length, thickness of hair, service time, and any additional add-ons such as hair treatment or styling.
Payments
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and Cash.
- Gratuity cannot be charged on credit cards.
- Gift card values cannot be used towards gratuity and cannot be refunded.
Keratin Services
- A deposit of 50% of the service price is required to hold appointments for Keratin Treatment and Keratin Express Blow-Out.
- If any cancellation occurs, please notify us immediately before 48 hours of the keratin appointment due to valuing stylist time and vacancies. If not for any circumstances, the deposit will be forfeited.
